Throughout the series, Issei’s character evolves from a simple-minded pervert to a courageous and protective individual who deeply cares for his friends and allies, especially Rias and the other girls who become part of his “harem.” Despite his quirks, Issei has a strong sense of justice and loyalty, often risking his life to protect those he loves.
